Meet Chad

My life’s work is to unbind the soul; to embody the lived Art of Liberation, and through this, guide people back to the wild intelligence within them. It is this wild intelligence that knows how to create, how to feel, how to be spontaneous, how to be instinctive, how to play and how to live free from the conditioning that disconnects them from their innate power as creators of their own lives.

The Art of Liberation touches every domain: business, career, relationships, wellness, spirituality, sensuality and self-expression. It is the path from merely existing as a “human doing” to thriving as a “human being”.

We’ve been shaped by systems that train us to forget who we are: recycled thoughts, borrowed beliefs, numbed emotions, and predictable routines that slowly dull our aliveness. This is our conditioning — the inherited thoughts, beliefs, emotions, and behaviors we mistake for truth — and it is the antithesis of our natural state, creating a life by-default that we are tolerating. It traps us in the NearWin™ — a life cycle of almosts. Almost succeeding. Almost thriving. Almost fulfilled. Almost free. The NearWin™ produces a nearly-living, playing small life that looks fine on the outside, but feels misaligned on the inside. And only YOU know it!

Predictable. Safe. Soul-suffocating. But we weren’t born for almost. We were born to create — to shape life from the inside out, with intention, imagination, and truth.

My work is to help people break that pattern — to return to their naturalness, reclaim their creative power, and design a life by-design that feels as good as it looks.

Across the landscapes of business, relationship, wellness, spirituality, and self-expression — I am not here to help people fit in, but to help them come home to themselves.

To remember.
To reclaim.
To rise

“Man is free to the extent that he realizes his genuine self to be the author and origin of nature”

~ Alan Watts,

I have built systems, designed strategies and created what I call “Re-Programming” to develop tens of thousands of leaders over the past 20 years – from start-up entrepreneurs to Fortune 100 executives and their teams, to everyday people desiring to live a life of aliveness, personal power, success, and joy.

Now, for the first time, I am coming out from the shadows of executive coaching and consulting, to work independently with individuals and provide the same cognitive, emotional, and ontological tools to those powerful and brave enough to slow down, go deep and liberate themselves from their conditioning to be the creator of their life.
