My life’s work is to develop and activate Creative Leaders. Creative Leaders are required to design solutions, and create new possibilities for a world experiencing unprecedented change.
Creativity is the essence of what it means to be human. Humans are natural creators. From the time we are young we innately, intuitively create. As children we spontaneously play. We imagine new worlds, new possibilities, and new “characters” we could be in these worlds. Unfortunately, creativity and play (creativity-in-action) are conditioned out of most of us in our youth. We are taught who, how and what we are supposed to be, conforming to our learned conditioned self. For this we are heavily validated. Over time we become heavily left brain dominant, relegating the creative and emotional powers of our right brain to “when it’s safe and acceptable” behaviors. Yet, everything that exists has been created. Creators are the most powerful exemplification of what it means to be human. Today, more than ever, we need that creativity. Whether it is the impact of AI, the changing tides of an emerging new global order, dynamic economic markets, the climate crisis, or mass migration, this moment is an unparalleled demarcation from anything in the past 100 years. As we wrestle with the unknown of an unfolding future and how to navigate it, we are reminded that the past doesn’t hold the answers. The past created what currently exists. To resolve these and other challenges we need new solutions that have never been created before. To accomplish this we need creative leaders now more than ever! I call creative leaders, Life Regenerative Leaders.

A Tempest Is Brewing, Testing the Depths of Our Integrity
Life Regenerative Leaders are needed, and will be tested more than ever before.
Humans are notoriously resistant to change… even when it is a matter of survival. As the systems and structures that have defined our society and economy are increasingly stress-tested, many will falter. As they do, we will continue to experience a collapse of meaning, for which we are unprepared. What once gave our lives purpose (country, culture, career) will give way to a vacuum of meaning, resulting in a mental health crisis and an increase in destabilizing, even violent reactions from a society devoid of meaning, connectivity, and a sense of purpose. Life Regenerative Leaders must stand in the gap. These visionaries will lead people and processes to redefine, redesign and recreate systems and structures; a new framework for a New World.

INTENTION
Life Regenerative Leaders Master Their Mind.
Becoming a powerful creator begins with knowing where our power center resides, and a clear Intention; knowing who we are and where are we coming from. This attribute requires mind mastery and energy transmutation. Since all creation begins in the mind, we can either create by default, as a reaction to external circumstances, or by design, from who we authentically are and what we desire!

DESIGN
Life Regenerative Leaders Lead By Design, Not Default.
Connecting our Intention (mind) with our creative imagination (emotions), while being emotionally rooted in our desires allows us to design and create from a place of power. Coming from our deepest, most authentic expression of the self we are responsible for the state of our life, because our life is a mirror reflection of who we are being and how we show up.

CREATE
Life Regenerative Leaders Integrate Their Emotions.
Creating our life by design, congruent with our Intention and powered by our transmuted creative energy requires connecting to our desires and feelings. “Feeling” is mastered through Emotional Sobriety. By feeling wholly and deeply, and integrating those emotions, we create our life as a response to who we truly are, versus as a reaction to external variables.
