ABOUT ME

I am an international Design Thinker and senior-level creative strategist, author, and speaker. For nearly 20 years I have worked with leaders and companies to successfully design business strategy, and lead cultural transformation through leadership development initiatives.

I am a systems thinker, who has spent more than two decades studying various disciplines. These include complexity theory, chaos theory, game theory, systems thinking, cybernetics, various psychological and behavioral science modalities, and various philosophical traditions.

My work centers around the intersection of creativity and human potential, and is focused on altering perception in order to design transformative strategies and solutions effecting the areas of business, leadership development, and cultural transformation. Core to my system for accomplishing this is the art and science of creativity, and the power of communication as the linchpin constitutive elements, superseding any other.

I have been featured in INC., and have served such companies/brands as: Coca-Cola, TELUS, Sony Music Latin, Music World, SimWin (AI sports league), United Way, Shell, the Hoffman Institute, the Canfield Group, Bell, Richard Blanco: Poet Laureate to the Obama Administration. I co-produced SANG in Los Angeles, which featured leading thinkers including Tony Robbins, Jack Canfield, Peter Guber, Tony Hsieh, and Peter Diamandis, among hundreds of others. I also co-produced the Sundance “Thought Leader Summit”, and am currently leading DesignLab, and producing a series of TMIC “DesignSummits” on AI, the Energy Transition, and Life Regenerative Developments.

I am the Founder of The Most Important Conversations (TMIC), a ground-breaking transformational leadership community of free thinkers, leaders, strategists, creators, builders and investors to design, collaborate and create new solutions, systems and structures to existing challenges, for humanity to thrive.
